Encyclopedia

I recommend not reading this before being caught up with the comic. Characters, locations, and political entities are listed here. They are added as they appear. Descriptions mostly contain specifics taken from the text of the comic. Nothing is revealed here past the contents of the current latest page. Pronunciation guides reflect a reasonable approximation of world-internal pronunciation, with some adaptation for comfortable pronunciation by English speakers. Where applicable, characters are listed with pronouns, new person- or Walker-hood, and whether they take place in comic's “present” (King's year 1384, as of 1st Passage), or in the earlier period dealt with in the Arguments (1, 2).
